However, you cannot continue them for a long period of time because the more frequently you use them, the more immune your body gets which means they stop being as effective in a while. Therefore, you have to think of a long term treatment.
You can keep an air-purifier inside your house which cleans out the allergens from air, thus helping to remove the allergic symptoms. As you feel the air cleaner, it will get easier to breathe and you will not feel congestion in your chest.
