Mold Allergy

Mold allergy is like all other allergies in the sense that it is the body over reacting to a generally harmless substance that it perceives to be a threat. Mold allergy is usually triggered when the individual breathes in mold spores. If you suffer from mold allergy, and cannot avoid being around mold, it is important that you talk the necessary precautions, such as wearing a mask, to ensure that you do not breath in any of the mold spores that trigger these reactions.
